"Artículo único.- Concédese la nacionalidad chilena, por especial gracia, al sacerdote alemán Reverendo Peter Kliegel Stiller.".
Y por cuanto he tenido a bien aprobarlo y sancionarlo; por tanto promúlguese y llévese a efecto como Ley de la República.
