Artículo 4°.- Sustitúyense, a contar del 1° de Enero de 1981, en las plantas del Personal de la Dirección de Tierras y Bienes Nacionales del Ministerio de Bienes Nacionales, fijadas en el artículo 3° del Decreto (H) N° 1171, de 2 de Diciembre de 1977, dictado en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 4° del Decreto Ley N° 1608, de 1976, los escalafones de Jefaturas B y C, Dibujantes Técnicos, Oficiales Administrativos, Mayordomos, Choferes y Auxiliares por los siguientes:
